Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a screenshot request?

Each API call to any of our endpoints (screenshot, PDF, or OG image) counts as one request. Failed requests due to server errors on our end are not counted against your quota.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the start of the next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

Your API calls will return a 429 status code once you hit your monthly limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to immediately increase your quota. We also offer burst allowances of up to 10% over your limit.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, unused screenshot credits do not roll over to the next month. Each billing period starts fresh with your full allocation.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, all plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, we offer annual billing with a 20% discount. Contact our sales team for annual pricing on any plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processor. Enterprise clients can also pay via invoice.
