We do not access, review, or analyze the content of your API requests except as necessary for troubleshooting or to comply with legal obligations.
9. Service Level and Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the API. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Planned maintenance (communicated in advance when possible)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaptureAPI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, failure to pay, or extended inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
